Not doing anything especially special for the 4th of July this year.
I was going to set these off, but there are forest fires all over Colorado right now. It's just too hot and too dry and dangerous. As much as I love firecrackers, it's just not worth the risk.
So next year. Maybe it'll be safer then.
I'm certainly dressed up to go somewhere fun, though. Maybe a picnic later? Dunno. So since this year's 4th of July isn't all that exciting, I thought I'd share with you some of the photos from the big picnic LAST year.
They were all part of a blog entry, but it got wiped out. So here they are again. Just a little trip down memory lane.
I hope I get to see all these pixies again soon, someday. Maybe they'll all come back when my book shop is open for business! Getting all the attention is pretty good, but it's getting a little lonely. Hope you enjoy the pictures!

*sigh* I miss my friends. Maybe if I make a sign telling them it's safe to come out? I dunno. But I'll figure it out. I really think they're here somewhere, but I don't know how to reach them. I don't think there's a PA system in the Wylde Kingdom. Hmm.
